Due South’s Trench Day Festival Tap List

Due South Brewing Company, of which I am very fortunate to live down the street from, will be holding their Trench Day festival this coming January 31st in the brewery taproom.

Trench Day is the wonderful release day for Mariana’s Trench Imperial Stout in both draft and bottle forms (and yes, the image above isn’t the stout, it’s Category 5 DIPA). This year will be unique, in that only 1000 bottles of the beer have been bottled, and with a 300 person capped event in which each attendee may purchase two bottles each, it leaves around 400 bottles to be scooped up the following day in the taproom.

To purchase a bottle or two, you have to join in on a killer beer fest. For $30, you can sample from the impressively long portfolio of Due South beers, along with some other Florida made favorites.

I’m pretty stoked about the guest beers. I suppose that’s what happens when you’ve had pretty much everything that Due South has put out in the last couple of years. The return of One Night in Ybor is a sight for sore eyes, as well as the arrival of Oaked Category 5 IPA.

Here is the list of beer to be had that day, so if you’re going make a list. Otherwise, be sad. Be very very sad.
