Harbinger Festival Marks Brew Hub’s One Year Anniversary In Lakeland

Central Florida’s biggest brewery, Brew Hub, is coming around on its first birthday. It’s an exciting feat to reach that first milestone, and the facility (which specializes in contract or ‘partner brewing’) will be bringing out many of their partners in the craft world to participate.

“We are fortunate to be a part of the Florida craft beer community,” festival director Bayé Perry said in a press release. “We have an amazing lineup of craft beer from Florida and from brewers across the country.”

Starting at $35, attendees will be able to sample from some sought-after breweries: Florida’s own Cigar City Brewing, Indiana’s Toppling Goliath, and Asheville, North Carolina’s Green Man Brewing among many others. Twenty five different breweries will represent with over 100 different individual beers. In addition, everyone that attends will come out with a bottle of Umatilla Coffee Barleywine, an 11.3% ABV beer aged on Burundi Nygawe, Sumatra Ardsenia, and Brazilian Yellow Bourbon coffees with Acerola Cherries, and Madagascar Vanilla added.

The $75 VIP tickets offer something extra for those willing to splurge. It will allow access to light appetizers, an indoor tasting room, and the opportunity to purchase limited release beers. Beer burros, get your wallets out!
