1. The Love Below Barrel-Aged Beer Release, Funky Buddha Brewery in Oakland Park
“Are you ready for some hot chocolate-covered love?” The Love Below, the brewery’s double barrel-aged Imperial Russian Stout is arriving on draft and in bottles on Feb. 10th.
This beer starts off as Nikolai Vorlauf, an oats and lactose composed beer that is then aged in Cabernet barrels and Bourbon barrels for months, before being blended back together along with cherries and rich cacao nibs. The stout, which now clocks in at 12% ABV will be released in the Oakland Park tap room only on draft at 5pm and in bottles at 7pm on Wednesday, Feb. 10th. Bottles are priced at $25.00 each, and are limited two per person, so be there one time to secure a couple to open up when you cook that fabulous dinner the following Sunday for the one you love. You are cooking something, right?
2. Valentine’s Day Beer Dinner, Tap42 featuring Barrel of Monks Brewing in Boca Raton
If you aren’t cooking on Valentine’s Day, then go to the Tap42 Bar & Kitchen at 5050 Town Center Circle #247 in Boca Raton for a Barrel of Monks Brewing beer paired dinner (Get Tickets).
Enjoy the evening air on the patio with an exclusive ‘Valentines Beer Dinner Featuring: Barrel of Monks Brewing’. starting at 7pm. The cost is $50 per person. This three course dinner will feature:

3. Pucker Up For Valentine’s – Craft Fair & Special Beer Day, Due South Brewing Co. in Boynton Beach
Still, if a sit-down dinner is too much, or you just want to spend a couple of hours of quality time with your loved one, check out the craft fair happening at Due South Brewing Company on Valentine’s Day featuring all manner of crafts, from local art to special beers including several sour beers.
Starting at 1pm and going on until 4:30pm, local artists and crafters will be on display, showcasing pottery, jewelry, wood crafts, and more.
According to the brewery, several sour beers will be featured on tap for this event, plus the brewers will be coming up with an extra special brew or two just for Valentine’s Day. Specific beers will be posted when available.
Spring In Roll Out & DOugh DOugh’s Donuts will be on site to provide for your sweetened food needs.
